OUR MISSION: Astoria Farmers Market serves to connect Hudson Valley, Long Island and Queens-based farmers with our vibrant community of Astoria. We aim to complement Astoria's rich culinary landscape with New York-sourced, direct-to-consumer foods, from the farmers hands to yours. AFM is a monthly gathering space where neighbors can interact with their food and each other in a deeper way. We seek to lower barriers of entry for farmers to enter the NYC market and further foster a sense of pride with a market of our own — organized by Astorians, for Astorians.
